2	Start the engine. Turn OFF all accessories. Does the battery charge indicator remain illuminated?	-	Go to Step 3	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections
3	Install a scan tool. Start the engine. Turn OFF all accessories. Increase engine speed to 1,500 RPM. With a scan tool, observe the Battery Voltage parameter in the body control module (BCM) data list, engine control module (ECM) data list, and the instrument panel cluster (IPC) data list. Compare the voltages. Are all of the voltages within the specified range?	0.9-1.1 V	Go to Step 4	Go to Step 5
