Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel level sensor to the module.

  2. Position and slide the fuel level sensor down until the retainers (1) engage the sensor.

  3. Connect the fuel level sensor electrical connectors (1).
  4. Install the fuel tank module. Refer to Fuel Tank Pump Module Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Pump Module Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Pump Module Replacement (1500 Series)  or Fuel Tank Pump Module Replacement (2500 LWB - 43.5L (11.5 gal) Tank-Rear)  or Fuel Tank Pump Module Replacement (2500 LWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank-Front) .
