Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel feed line to the fuel tank.
  2. Remove the cap from the fuel feed port on the fuel tank module.

  4. Connect the fuel feed line quick connect fitting at the fuel tank module. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting Service - Plastic Collar .
  5. Install the fuel feed line to the clip (1) and close the clip.
  6. Install the fuel feed line to the retaining feature (2) in the fuel tank.
  7. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 43.5L (11.5 gal) Tank-Rear)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank-Front) .
