Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP lines to the fuel tank.

  3. Connect the EVAP line quick connect fittings to the fuel tank module. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting Service - Plastic Collar .
  4. Install the EVAP lines to the clip (3).
  5. Install the EVAP line to the clip (2) and close the clip.
  6. Install the EVAP line to the clip (1) on the fuel tank.
  7. Install the rear fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 LWB - 117.3L (31 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 SWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank + E85)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 43.5L (11.5 gal) Tank-Rear)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (2500 LWB - 98.4L (26 gal) Tank-Front) .
