Removal Procedure

  1. Position the front seats fully forward.
  2. Fold the rear seat cushions forward.
  3. Lower the rear seatbacks to the floor.
  4. Remove the push pins (2) from the bottom of the midgate trim panel (1).
  5. Pull the inner midgate panel (1) towards the front of the vehicle to release the remaining panel clips.

  7. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the midgate latch release switches.
  8. Remove the midgate inner panel from the midgate.
  9. Remove the midgate switches from the inner panel and transfer.
