Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the endgate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement .
  2. Place the endgate on a protected surface.
    3. Fig 2: Hinge Trunnion Bolts

  3. Remove the bolts retaining the hinge trunnion to the endgate.
  4. Remove the hinge trunnion from the endgate.
