Preliminary Procedures

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (With CH 48027)  or Fuel Pressure Relief (Without CH 48027) .
  2. Disconnect the plastic collar quick connect fittings from the carbon canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
1 Evaporative Emission Canister Nut
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  19 N.m (14 lb ft)
