Removal Procedure

  1. Open the liftgate.
  2. Remove the high mounted stop lamp. Refer to High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement (SUT) or High Mount Stop Lamp Replacement (SUV) .
    3. Fig 1: Liftgate Applique

  3. Remove all the fasteners (1,2) retaining the applique to the liftgate.
  4. Remove the liftgate applique from the liftgate.
