Installation Procedure

  1. Align the wedge (2) to the liftgate.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the fastener (1) retaining the wedge to the

    liftgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fastener to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
