Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: If replacing the hood, transfer all necessary items from the hood being replaced to the new hood.
  1. With the aid of assistants, position the hood in place, and install the hood hinge bolts. Refer to Hood Hinge Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Hood Support Cable Pins

  2. With the hood still supported by an assistant, install the hood support cable pins (1).

  3. Install the underhood lighting wiring harness (1) and connect all underhood lighting electrical connectors.
  4. Close the hood.
