Installation Procedure

  1. Position the hose end of the jumper harness (8) into the liftgate opening.
  2. Secure the hose onto the liftgate to the washer nozzle hose connection (12).

  3. Secure the jumper harness grommet (10) into the liftgate opening.
  4. Connect the electrical connector (9).
  5. Secure the washer hose to the headliner hose union.
  6. Carefully secure the jumper harness grommet (7) into the rear roof header (5).
  7. Ensure the grommet is fully seated into the roof header opening (4).

  8. Install the rear interior garnish molding. Refer to Body Rear Corner Upper Garnish Molding Replacement .

  9. Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement (SUV) .
