Installation Procedure

  1. Align the air inlet grille to the vehicle, and secure grille by ensuring all 4 retainers (3) are properly seated.
  2. Connect the washer hose connection (1).
  3. Install the push-in retainers.
    4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  4. Install the side fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  5. Install the wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement .
  6. Install the non-functional air inlet caps. Refer to Non-Functional Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement .
