Preliminary Procedures: 
Remove the right console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side (Cadillac) .
1 Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Screws (Qty: 3)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice

Tighten:  2 N.m (18 lb in)
