SERVICE INFORMATION

If you should encounter a vehicle with either an HVAC blower motor that is inoperative or won't shut off, a linear power module problem or water entering the passenger compartment, the "A" pillar sunroof drain hose may be misrouted and water is entering the air inlet of the HVAC case.

Assure that the elbow on the end of the "A" pillar drain hose is pointing down away from the HVAC air inlet. Refer to PI number PIT3462 , document ID 1616434.
