SERVICE INFORMATION

An analysis of warranty data indicates that there are a number of H2s that have received both a rear air suspension compressor replacement and also the compressor relay. A number of compressors also continue to be returned and no trouble can be found.

Prior to replacing a compressor, be sure to verify that the relay is functioning properly. Its location is under the hood, just below the master cylinder, is not readily apparent. Refer to SI Document ID 1394166 (Fig 1 ) for an illustration of the location.
