SERVICE INFORMATION

Electronically controlled rear air suspension modules and in some cases air compressors are being replaced due to the inability to clear DTC C0563. Prior to replacing any components due to DTC C0563 be sure to perform a "trim height calibration procedure" as outline in SI document ID 1082919, using the Tech 2. This procedure, in most cases, will clear the code.
