Condition

Some customers may comment on a squeak or rattle in the door while driving.

Cause

This condition may be caused by the door trim retainers not holding the trim tight to the door frame.

Correction

Replace the door trim retainers. The front door has a total of 11 retainers (4 white and 7 black). The rear door has a total of 9 retainers (5 white and 4 black). Refer to Trim Panel Replacement-Side Front Door (SI Document ID# 864204) and/or Trim Panel Replacement-Side Rear Door (Document ID# 864236).
