DTC B1375 : Driver's Side PTG Switch Circuit Malfunction
- NOTE: If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A - Initial Communication and DTC Checks .
- If the motor does not operate, do the Power Tailgate Motor Test first.

DTCs (Power Tailgate Control Unit)
- Problem verification
- 1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
Clear DTCs
- 2. Operate the driver's power tailgate switch for more than 1 second.
- 3. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC B1375 Driver's side PTG Switch Circuit Malfunction Is DTC B1375 indicated?
YES
Go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
- Shorted wire check (PTG DR SW line)
- 1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Disconnect the following connector.
Power tailgate control unit connector A (24P) - 3. Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle OFF (LOCK) mode

YES
Repair a short to ground in the PTG DR SW wire.
NO
Repair a short to ground in the PTG SCOM wire.
