DTC : U1484-68 (2019 2020 2021)

DTC U1484-68  : Headlight Switch or Wiper/Washer Switch Failure Information Received

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information - Go to:How to Troubleshoot the Auto High-Beam (High-Beam Support System) (2019 2020 2021) .
• DTC U1484-68 is stored when the multipurpose camera unit receives the failure information of the headlight switch or wiper/washer switch from the body control module. If DTC U1484-68 is stored, go to body control module troubleshooting.

DTC (IDAS)

1. Problem verification

   - 1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

   Clear DTCs

   - 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and then the ON mode.

   - 3. Wait for at least 10 seconds.

   - 4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	DTC
   U1484-68 Headlight Switch or Wiper/Washer Switch Failure Information Received

   Is DTC U1484-68 indicated?

   YES 

   Go to Network Communication DTC Troubleshooting Index (MICU) .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
