DTC C0063-62 : Yaw Rate Sensor Stabilizing Malfunction
NOTE:
- If DTC U0122-00 is stored at the same time as DTC C0063-62, troubleshoot DTC U0122-00 first, then recheck for DTC C0063-62.

- VSA system DTCs check
- 1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 2. Check for VSA system DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC Freeze Frame Are any DTCs indicated?
YES
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting How to Troubleshoot the VSA System .
NO
Go to step 2.
- Problem verification
- 1. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
Clear DTCs
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 3. Start the vehicle and test-drive it at 25 mph (40 km/h) or more with the ACC activated.
NOTE: Drive the vehicle on the road, not on a lift.
- 4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC C0063-62 indicated?
YES
Check for loose terminals and poor connections in the multipurpose camera unit 20P connector. If they are OK, replace the Multipurpose Camera Unit .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Go to intermittent failures troubleshooting - Refer to:
