DTC B18B8  : Left Side BSI Radar Unit Azimuth Off Alignment

DTC B1E68  : Right Side BSI Radar Unit Azimuth Off Alignment

DTC (BSI)

1. Vehicle condition check

   -1. Check the vehicle condition.

   NOTE:  The BSI system cannot work properly in the following vehicle conditions:

   • Make sure the vehicle does not have aftermarket suspension.
   • Make sure all the tires are the correct size.
   • Set the tire pressures to the specifications shown on the doorjamb label.

   Is it OK?

   YES 

   Go to step 2.

   NO 

   Explain to the client that the system sometimes cannot detect under certain vehicle conditions.

2. BSI radar unit installation check

   -1. Check the installation of the appropriate BSI radar unit. Go to: BSI Radar Unit - Removal and Installation

   Is it OK?

   YES 

   Go to the BSI Radar Unit Mounting Area - Check .

   NO 

   Install the BSI radar unit bracket properly. If damaged, replace the appropriate BSI Radar Unit - Removal and Installation .
