DTC (MICU)
NOTE:
- If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A - Go to: Body Electrical Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A - Initial Communication and DTC Checks .
- This DTC is indicated when a MICU update is not completed properly.
- Before updating the MICU, make sure the battery in the vehicle is fully charged, and connect a jumper battery (not a battery charger) to maintain system voltage.
- Never turn the vehicle to the ACCESSORY mode or OFF (LOCK) mode, during the reprogramming. If there is a problem with the reprogramming, turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- Problem verification
-1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

- 2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and then the ON mode.
- 3. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

YES
Update the MICU .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
