Cylinder Head Cover (2019 2020 2021): Installation: Rear
- Head Cover Gasket - Install
1. Check the spark plug seals (A) for damage. If any seals are damaged, replace it. 2. Thoroughly clean the head cover gasket (B) and the groove of the cylinder head cover (C).
NOTE: Check and if necessary, replace the head cover gasket.
3. Install the head cover gasket in the groove of the cylinder head cover. Make sure the head cover gasket is seated securely.
- Rear Cylinder Head Cover - Install
1. Apply liquid gasket to the rear rocker arm oil control valve mating surfaces. 2. Set the spark plug seals (A) on the spark plug tubes, and install the rear cylinder head cover, then loosely install the rear cylinder head cover mounting bolts.
3. Inspect the spark plug seals for damage.
4. If the heat insulator (B) removed, install the heat insulator.
5. Tighten the bolts in three steps; tighten the bolts until the bolts sit on the rear cylinder head cover, tighten the bolts until the gasket is compressed, tighten the bolts to specified torque. - Rear Cylinder Head Cover Harness Holder - Install

1. Install the rear cylinder head cover harness holder (A). 2. Connect the connectors (B).
3. Tighten the rear cylinder head cover harness holder mounting bolts (C).
4. Connect the breather hose (D).
5. Install the harness clip (E).
- Harness Holder - Install
1. Install the harness holder (A) and the harness clips (B). 2. Connect the connectors (C) and the ground cable (D).
- Connector (Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Sensor) - Connect
NOTE: Install the rocker arm oil pressure sensor harness clips to the timing belt rear upper cover at the same time.
- Rear Cylinder Ignition Coil - Install
