Auto High-Beam (High-Beam Support System) - High Beam And Low Beam Does Not Switch Automatically
- DTC check
-1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.
Clear DTCs
- 2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 3. Wait for at least 6 seconds.
- 4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTCs
Are any DTCs indicated?
YES
Go to the indicated DTCs troubleshooting, then recheck.
NO
Go to step 2.
- C-MOS camera check
-1. Do the C-MOS camera light source test. Auto High-Beam (High-Beam Support System) C-MOS Camera Light Source
Are all data list values correct?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Faulty auto high-beam control unit, replace the Rearview Mirror - Removal and Installation .
- Switch information check
-1. Check the parameter(s) below with the HDS.

The system is OK at this time. Check the C-MOS Camera Light Source Test . If everything looks OK, explain auto high-beam activation conditions to the customer.
NO
Check the abnormal circuit and operation criteria.
