Start-Up Procedure and Diagnostic Menu
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle 12 volt battery condition first - Refer to:
- The screens detail indicated may change depending on equipment or specification.
12 Volt Battery Test (With Auto Idle Stop System) or
12 Volt Battery Test (Without Auto Idle Stop System) .
1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode. If needed, start the engine.
2. Press the POWER (
) button to turn off the audio unit.
3. Press and hold the preset No. 1 button and the preset No. 6 button. While holding the buttons, press the POWER (
) button. The display screen goes directly to the Manual Diag menu shown.
NOTE: Do not press preset No. 1 and No. 6 buttons simultaneously.
4. When you are in the system diagnostic mode, pressing a preset button starts the diagnosis that is assigned to that preset button. To return to the previous screen, press the RETURN button. To exit this mode, go to step 5. Once you exit this test, you must start again at step 1.
- Preset No. 1 button: Version/System
- Preset No. 2 button: AUDIO
- Preset No. 3 button: Display
- Preset No. 4 button: Camera
- Preset No. 5 button: Connection
- Preset No. 6 button: Vehicle information
5. To end the system diagnostic mode, press the POWER button, or turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
