DTC (TPMS)
- Problem verification
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode, then to the ON mode.
-4. Wait about 1 minute.
-5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
NOTE: The tire pressure sensor of the appropriate wheel is shown.
DTC Description DTC C1801-96 Right-Front Tire Pressure Sensor Malfunction C1802-96 Left-Front Tire Pressure Sensor Malfunction C1803-96 Right-Rear Tire Pressure Sensor Malfunction C1804-96 Left-Rear Tire Pressure Sensor Malfunction Is DTC C1801-96, C1802-96, C1803-96, or C1804-96 indicated?
YES
The failure is duplicated. Replace the appropriate tire pressure sensor .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
