DTC U3000-51 : E-Pretensioner Unit Programming Error

NOTE:

This DTC is indicated when the E-pretensioner unit update is not completed properly.
Never press the engine start/stop button, while updating the E-pretensioner unit. If you press the engine start/stop button, before you complete the E-pretensioner unit update procedure, the E-pretensioner unit can be damaged. If there is a problem with the update, keep the vehicle in ON mode.

Problem verification (update)

-1. Do the E-pretensioner unit update procedure .

-2. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

-3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

-4. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

Is DTC U3000-51 indicated?

YES

Replace the E-pretensioner unit .

Update is complete.
