DTC (Electric Powertrain)
- Problem verification (telematics control unit)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-4. Start the air conditioning with a cell phone.
-5. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-6. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-7. Set the charge scheduling with a cell phone.
-8. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-9. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description Confirmed DTC Pending DTC Freeze Frame U148B B-CAN System Malfunction (Communication with External Device is Unable) Is DTC U148B indicated?
YES
Go to the telematics system general troubleshooting information .
NO
Go to step 2.
- Problem verification (body control module)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-2. Operate the air conditioning with the keyless remote.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-4. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

YES
Go to the body electrical system general troubleshooting information .
NO
Go to step 3.
- Problem verification (gauge control module)
-1. Set the charge scheduling with the multi-information display.
-2. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-4. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

YES
Go to the body electrical system general troubleshooting information .
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If the freeze data/on-board snapshot of this DTC is recorded, try to reproduce the failure under the same conditions with the freeze data/on-board snapshot.
