5. Install the transmission fluid temperature sensor (E).
- Transmission Fluid Strainer - Install
NOTE: Do not pinch solenoid wire harnesses A and B.
- Magnet - Install
- Transmission Fluid Pan - Install
NOTE:
- Tighten the transmission fluid pan mounting bolts in a crisscross pattern in two steps.
- Do not pinch solenoid wire harnesses A and B.
- Connector (Solenoid Wire Harness A) - Connect
NOTE: Check the connector for corrosion, dirt, or oil, and clean or repair it if necessary.
- 10.9 x 31.5 mm Pipe - Install (With auto idle stop system)
- Delivery Pipe - Install (With auto idle stop system)
- Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump - Install (With auto idle stop system)
- Transmission Fluid - Refill
- 12 Volt Battery Terminals - Reconnect (2.4 L engine)
- Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump - Air Bleed (With auto idle stop system)
- Transmission Fluid Level - Check
