Engine Oil Pan Removal and Installation: Removal: Procedure

NOTE:

Replace
  1. Engine Undercover - Remove
  2. Engine Oil - Drain
  3. Exhaust Pipe A - Remove
  4. TWC Bracket - Remove
  5. Electric A/C Compressor - Move

    NOTE: 

    • Do not disconnect the connector (electric A/C compressor).
    • Do not disconnect the suction hose and the discharge pipe.
    • Do not bend the suction hose and the discharge hose excessively.
    • Hang the electric A/C compressor with a wire tie.
  6. Intermediate Shaft Assembly Mounting Bolt - Remove
  7. CKP Sensor Cover - Remove 
  8. Lower Torque Rod and Lower Torque Rod Bracket - Remove
  9. Flywheel Cover - Remove
  10. Lower Transmission (e-CVT) Mounting Bolt - Remove
  11. Engine Oil Level Sensor Subharness - Remove (With Engine Oil Level Sensor)
  12. Oil Pan - Remove

    1. Remove the oil pan mounting bolts.

    2. Using a flat blade screwdriver, separate the oil pan from the lower block in the places shown.
