Engine Oil Pan Removal and Installation: Removal: Procedure

- Engine Undercover - Remove
- Engine Oil - Drain
- Exhaust Pipe A - Remove
- TWC Bracket - Remove
- Electric A/C Compressor - Move
NOTE:
- Do not disconnect the connector (electric A/C compressor).
- Do not disconnect the suction hose and the discharge pipe.
- Do not bend the suction hose and the discharge hose excessively.
- Hang the electric A/C compressor with a wire tie.
- Intermediate Shaft Assembly Mounting Bolt - Remove
- CKP Sensor Cover - Remove
- Lower Torque Rod and Lower Torque Rod Bracket - Remove
- Flywheel Cover - Remove
- Lower Transmission (e-CVT) Mounting Bolt - Remove
- Engine Oil Level Sensor Subharness - Remove (With Engine Oil Level Sensor)
- Oil Pan - Remove
1. Remove the oil pan mounting bolts. 2. Using a flat blade screwdriver, separate the oil pan from the lower block in the places shown.
