Engine Oil Pan Removal and Installation: Installation: Procedure

- Oil Pan - Install
1. Apply liquid gasket to the lower block mating surface of the oil pan and to the inside edge of the threaded bolt holes. 2. Tighten the bolts in three steps; tighten the bolts until the bolts sit on the oil pan, tighten the bolts until the gasket is compressed, tighten the bolts to specified torque in the numbered sequence shown.

- Flywheel Cover - Install
- Lower Torque Rod and Lower Torque Rod Bracket - Install
- CKP Sensor Cover - Install
- Intermediate Shaft Assembly Mounting Bolt - Install
- TWC Bracket - Install
- Exhaust Pipe A - Install
- Electric A/C Compressor - Install
- Engine Undercover - Install
- Engine Oil - Refill
