PGM-FI System Description - Maintenance Mode

Outline 

The maintenance mode enables the vehicle to start and run the engine to perform various tests, inspections, learning procedures and various adjustments.

When the vehicle is switched to the maintenance mode, some functions are stopped, and the multi-information display (MID) and related indicators in the gauge control module come on to indicate the activation of the maintenance mode.

The maintenance mode can be cancelled by turning the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
