DTC P1DA6: VCU V1 Voltage Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
General Description
The power control unit (PCU) controls the voltage control unit (VCU) output based on the V1 voltage sensor signals. If a calculated output voltage of the V1 voltage sensor (V V1 S) is out of a specified value for a specified time, the motor control module in the PCU detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.

Malfunction Threshold
If both Symptom 1 and (Symptom 2 or Symptom 3) continue for at least 1.0 second.
Symptom 1
- The difference between the V1 voltage sensor detection value and the battery pack voltage is 30 V or more.
Symptom 2
- The difference between the V1 voltage sensor detection value and the V2M voltage sensor detection value is 30 V or more.
Symptom 3
- The difference between the V1 voltage sensor detection value and the V2S voltage sensor detection value is 40 V or more.

Diagnosis Details
Conditions for setting the DTC
When a malfunction is detected, the MIL comes on and a Pending DTC, a Confirmed DTC, and the freeze data are stored in the motor control module memory.
Conditions for clearing the DTC
The MIL is cleared if the malfunction does not return in three consecutive trips in which the diagnostic runs. The MIL, the Pending DTC, the Confirmed DTC, and the freeze data can be cleared with the scan tool Clear command.
