Differential Disassembly and Reassembly: Reassembly: Procedure

Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
Replace
*1 Left-hand threads
  1. Differential Carrier Bearing - Install
     

    Flywheel Housing Side

    Transmission Housing Side

    		 1. Install the differential carrier bearings (A) until it bottoms using the 45 x 55 mm installer attachment and a press.
    NOTE:  Make sure the differential carrier bearing is installed in the correct direction.
  2. Final Driven Gear - Install

    NOTE: 

    • Make sure the final driven gear is installed in the correct direction.
    • Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in a crisscross pattern in at least two steps.
