• Generator motor position sensor not learned
• Park pawl actuator defective
• Park pawl actuator driver unit defective
• Park position sensor defective
• SBW shifter control module defective
• Transmission assembly and drive plate installation defective
• Countershaft worn or damaged
• Motor shaft worn or damaged
• Final gears worn or damaged
• Thrust washer seized, worn, or damaged
• Input shaft bearing, countershaft bearing, generator shaft bearing, motor shaft bearing, or differential carrier bearing defective
• ATF cooler clogged
• Axle disengaged

NOTE: 

• Check for an incorrectly installed transmission, and check the drive plate for wear and damage. Replace the drive plate if it is worn or damaged.
• Inspect the countershaft for wear and damage.
• Inspect the motor shaft for wear and damage.
• Inspect the generator shaft for wear and damage.
• Inspect the final gears for wear and damage.
• Check the thrust washer for seizure, wear, and damage.
• Check the bearings for the input shaft, the countershaft, the generator shaft, the motor shaft, and the differential carrier.
• Check the ATF cooler.
• Check the axles.
• Check the park position sensor.
• Inspect the park mechanism and the park pawl actuator.
• Check the SBW shifter control module.
• Replace the transmission (e-CVT) .
