Excessive shock when changing from EV drive mode to hybrid drive mode

Probable cause(s)

• Generator motor defective: worn or damaged:
• • Stator
  • Rotor
  • Position sensor
  • Position sensor line
  • Terminal plate
  • 3-phase wires
• Generator motor defective; faulty installations:
• • Stator
  • Position sensor
  • Terminals
  • 3-phase wire terminals
• Generator motor stator temperature high
• Generator motor position sensor not learned
• Flywheel defective
• Input shaft worn or damaged
• Generator shaft worn or damaged
• Torque limiter defective

NOTE: 

• Check the flywheel for wear and damage, if the flywheel is worn or damaged, replace the flywheel.
• Inspect the input shaft for wear and damage.
• Inspect the generator shaft for wear and damage.
• Replace the transmission (e-CVT) .
