How to Retrieve DTCs

NOTE:

Make sure the 12 volt battery is fully charged before you begin.
The Auto High-Beam of this vehicle is controlled by the multipurpose camera unit. For this reason, the Auto High-Beam may not operate normally depending on the malfunction status of the multipurpose camera unit. The operations of the Auto High-Beam related to the multipurpose camera unit malfunctions can be checked in the troubleshooting list by DTC for the millimeter wave radar .

2. Use the HDS to check for Integrated Driver Support System for DTCs.

3. Read and record the DTC.

4. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

5. Disconnect the HDS.

6. Do the troubleshooting procedure for the DTC.
