DTC P0602 (PGM-FI System (1.5 L Engine))

DTC P0602  : PCM Programming Error

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
• This DTC is indicated when the PCM update procedure is not completed.
• Do not turn the vehicle to the other than ON mode while updating the PCM. If you do, the PCM can be damaged.

DTC (PGM-FI)

1. Problem verification (update)

   -1. Update the PCM .

   -2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	Confirmed DTC	Pending DTC
   P0602 PCM Programming Error

   Is DTC P0602 indicated?

   YES 

   Replace the PCM .

   NO 

   Update is complete. If any other Pending or Confirmed DTCs are indicated, go to the indicated DTCs troubleshooting.
