Engine Oil Pump Removal and Installation (1.5 L Engine): Installation

NOTE: How to read the torque specifications .

1. Oil Pump - Install

   1. Install the oil pump (A). 2. Install the oil strainer (B) with a new O-ring (C).

2. Oil Pan - Install 
3. Engine - Support

   1. Lift and support the engine with a jack and a wood block under the oil pan.

4. Engine Support Hanger and Sub Hanger Stay - Remove
5. Expansion Tank Bracket - Install
6. Cam Chain Drive Sprocket - Install

   1. Install the cam chain drive sprocket (A) and the key (B).

7. Cam Chain - Install
8. Cowl Cover - Install
9. Front Bulkhead Cover - Install
10. Engine Oil - Refill
