Fan Shroud Assembly and Radiator 

1. Front Bulkhead Cover - Remove
2. Air Cleaner - Remove
3. Front Engine Undercover Lid - Remove
4. A/C Condenser Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove

   1. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud assembly (A) as shown. NOTE: Take care not to damage the radiator cooling fins during removal and installation.

5. Radiator Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
6. Engine Coolant - Drain
7. Radiator Cap Base - Remove
8. Condenser Upper Mount Bolts - Remove

   1. Remove the condenser upper mount bolts (A).

9. Radiator Upper Mount Bolts - Remove

   1. Remove the radiator upper mount bolts (A).

10. Radiator Upper Mount Bracket - Remove
11. Radiator Assembly - Remove
12. ECT Sensor 2 - Remove

    NOTE:  If necessary, remove the ECT sensor 2 .

13. All Removed Parts - Install

    1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. NOTE: After installing all the removed parts, refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system .

    Cooling Fan and Fan Motor 

14. Fan Shroud Assembly - Remove
15. Cooling Fan - Remove
16. Fan Motor Cover - Remove
17. Fan Motor - Remove
18. All Removed Parts - Install

    1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
