Removal and Installation

• Where icon is shown, further information shown below.
• Be sure to install the thermostat in the direction shown.

	Detailed information, notes, and precautions
	Torque: N.m (kgf.m, lbf.ft)
	Replace

1. Engine Coolant - Drain
2. Air Cleaner - Remove
3. Throttle Body Inlet Pipe - Remove

   NOTE: Make sure the end of hose band is aligned with the mark on the hose band after the throttle body inlet pipe is installed.

4. Thermostat Cover - Remove
5. Thermostat - Remove
6. All Removed Parts - Install

   1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal. NOTE: After installing all the removed parts, refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system .
