Position Resistance OFF (Released) About 2.2 kΩ CRUISE/MAIN (Pressed and held) About 60 Ω CANCEL (Pressed and held) About 190 Ω SET - (Pressed and held) About 450 Ω RES + (Pressed and held) About 900 Ω 2. Check the LED for illumination by applying power and ground to the terminals according to the chart. NOTE: Important operating characteristic; diode bias causes a diode to fully conduct electricity in one direction (forward), while not at all in the opposite direction (reverse). If the results are not as specified, replace the cruise control combination switch.
