DTC C0023-F0, C0044-F0, U0416-68, U0416-F8

DTC C0023-F0  : Brake Light Drive Relay Circuit Malfunction

DTC C0044-F0  : Master Cylinder Pressure Sensor Failure

DTC U0416-68  : Brake Actuator Malfunction

DTC U0416-F8  : VSA Modulator-Control Unit Malfunction

NOTE: 

• Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
• These DTCs are recorded when the millimeter wave radar receives failure information from the VSA modulator-control unit via the F-CAN.
• If a DTC is recorded again after it is cleared with the HDS, perform a troubleshooting for the VSA system.
• The functions of the integrated driver support system that will be temporarily canceled when this DTC is recorded can be confirmed with the DTC troubleshooting index .

DTC (IDAS)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   -3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.

   -4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then wait for at least 6 seconds.

   -5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	DTC

   Is DTC C0023-F0, C0044-F0, U0416-68, or U0416-F8 indicated?

   YES 

   The failure is duplicated. Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting in the VSA system .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
