DTC B2A60-99 : Out of automatic correction range for Misalignment of Multipurpose Camera Unit image
NOTE:
- Before you troubleshoot, review the general troubleshooting information .
- If this DTC is recorded, the following is suspected:
-
- Improper installation of the multipurpose camera unit (aging of vehicle, incorrect assembly, etc.).
- The multipurpose camera unit installing portion is deformed by a minor collision or strong impact.
- The axis of the multipurpose camera unit is out of alignment due to abnormal wheel alignment, abnormal tire pressure, etc.
- Altered suspension
- After inspecting, repairing, or adjusting a possible cause of the failure, be sure to perform multipurpose camera unit aiming . If the DTC cannot be deleted after multipurpose camera unit aiming, replace the multipurpose camera unit .
- The functions of the integrated driver support system that will be temporarily canceled when this DTC is recorded can be confirmed with the DTC troubleshooting index .

DTC (IDAS)
- Problem verification 1
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-4. Test-drive the vehicle on a straight road at speeds 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for 15 minutes or more.
-5. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

YES
The failure is duplicated. Go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Refer to intermittent failures troubleshooting .
- Multipurpose camera unit visual check
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-2. Check that the multipurpose camera unit and camera bracket are installed properly and check them for deformation and damage.
Are the multipurpose camera unit and the camera bracket installed properly, and/or is there any no damage?
YES
Go to step 3.
NO
Repair or replace faulty parts, then aim the multipurpose camera unit .
- Problem verification 2
-1. Aim the multipurpose camera unit .
-2. Test-drive the vehicle on a straight road at speeds 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for 15 minutes or more.
-3. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description DTC B2A60-99 Out of automatic correction range for Misalignment of Multipurpose Camera Unit image Is DTC B2A60-99 indicated?
YES
If the multipurpose camera unit is installed properly but the DTC is recorded again after multipurpose camera unit aiming, replace the multipurpose camera unit .
NO
The system is OK at this time.
