DTC P2685 : Actuator Supply Voltage C Circuit Low

DTC (A/T)
- Problem verification
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
-2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-3. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait for several seconds.
-5. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description Confirmed DTC Pending DTC Freeze Frame P2685 Actuator Supply Voltage C Circuit Low Is DTC P2685 indicated?
YES
The failure is duplicated. Go to step 2.
NO
Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections and loose terminals between the TCM and the under-hood fuse/relay box. If the freeze data/on-board snapshot of this DTC is recorded, try to reproduce the failure under the same conditions with the freeze data/on-board snapshot.
- Fuse check
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
-2. Check the following fuse.
Fuse No. A14 Is the fuse OK?
YES
The fuse is OK. Go to step 3.
NO
Replace the fuse, and recheck. If the fuse blows again, repair a short to ground in the VB3/+B TCU3 wire.
- Open wire check (VB3/+B TCU3 line)
-1. Disconnect the following connector.
TCM connector A (23P) -2. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle OFF (LOCK) mode TCM connector A (23P): disconnected Test point 1 TCM connector A (23P) No. 8 Test point 2 Body ground Is there battery voltage?
YES
The VB3/+B TCU3 wire is OK. Check for any authorized service information related to the DTCs or symptoms you are troubleshooting, or substitute a known-good TCM , then recheck. If this DTC goes away and the TCM was substituted, replace the original TCM .
NO
Repair an open in the VB3/+B TCU3 wire between the TCM and the under-hood fuse/relay box.
