P07A8, P07A9 (A/T)

DTC P07A8  : Brake B1 Stuck OFF

DTC P07A9  : Brake B1 Stuck ON

NOTE:  Before you troubleshoot, review the General Troubleshooting Information .

DTC (A/T)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

   -2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.

   -3. Test-drive under these conditions:

   DTC	Test Condition
   P07A8	Start the engine. While pressing the brake pedal, shift the transmission to D position/mode, and wait for at least 10 seconds.
   P07A9	Start the engine, and wait for at least 10 seconds in P position/mode. While pressing the brake pedal, shift the transmission to D position/mode, and wait for at least 20 seconds, then shift to R position/mode.

   -4. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

   P07A8 Brake B1 Stuck OFF
   P07A9 Brake B1 Stuck ON

   Is DTC P07A8 or P07A9 indicated?

   YES 

   The failure is duplicated. Replace the valve body assembly .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. If the freeze data/on-board snapshot of this DTC is recorded, try to reproduce the failure under the same conditions with the freeze data/on-board snapshot.
