Rear Lifter Arm: Removal

Open the roof opening panel 50 mm (2.0 in) past the vent position.

On both sides.
1. 1.
  
  Record the roof opening panel glass to rear windshield glass as shown in illustration.
1. 2.
  
  Mark the roof opening panel glass location to aid in roof opening panel glass installation and remove the retainer.
1. 3.
  
  Remove the retainers.

  : Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)
  
  Torque
  
  : 58 lb.in (6.5 Nm)

Place the wooden blocks as shown in illustration.
Use the General Equipment: Wooden Block

Glass removed for clarity. Position the seals aside.

Remove the retainers and the rear cam.
Material

: Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)

Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

6.

Slide the rear lifter arm out and remove the rear lifter arm.
