Air Deflector: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: If using original retainers, clean the thread locking adhesive from threads, then apply new thread locking adhesive.

Fully open the roof opening panel glass.

NOTE: There are four short bolts that must be used for the brackets or damage to the headliner may result.

On both sides.
1. 1.
  
  Remove the rearward bracket retainer.
  Material
  
  : Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)
  
  Torque
  
  : 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
1. 2.
  
  Slide the bracket back and lift the arm upward.

  Remove the forward bracket retainer.

3.

On both sides. Detach the forward brackets, remove the retainers and the air deflector.
Material

: Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)

Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
