ACC INDICATOR DOES NOT GO OFF (WITH Auto Idle Stop System) (2016 2017 2018)
- DTCs check
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, and wait for 5 seconds.
- 2. Check for DTCs with the HDS.
Are any DTCs indicated?
YES
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting - Go to: How to Troubleshoot the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) (2016 2017 2018) .
NO
Go to step 2.
- PGM-FI system DTCs check
-1. Check for PGM-FI system DTCs with the HDS.
DTC Description Confirmed DTC Pending DTC Freeze Frame P0A94 Voltage Stabilizer Malfunction Is DTC P0A94 indicated?
YES
Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting - Go to How to Troubleshoot the Fuel and Emissions Systems :
NO
Go to step 3.
- Fuse check 1
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Check the following fuse.
Fuse No. A26 (10 A) Location Under-hood fuse/relay box Is the fuse OK?
YES
The fuse is OK. Reinstall the fuse, then go to step 4.
NO
Replace the fuse. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then the OFF (LOCK) mode. If the fuse blows again, repair the short to ground on the No. A26 (10 A) fuse circuit.
- Fuse check 2
-1. Check the following fuse.
Fuse No. D1 (7.5 A) Location Auxiliary under-dash fuse/relay box Is the fuse OK?
YES
The fuse is OK. Reinstall the fuse, then go to step 5.
NO
Replace the fuse. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then the OFF (LOCK) mode. If the fuse blows again, repair the short to ground on the No. D1 (7.5 A) fuse circuit.
- Fuse check 3
-1. Check the following fuse.
Fuse No. C7 (15 A) Location Under-dash fuse/relay box Is the fuse OK?
YES
The fuse is OK. Reinstall the fuse, then go to step 6.
NO
Replace the fuse. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode, then the OFF (LOCK) mode. If the fuse blows again, repair the short to ground on the No. C7 (15 A) fuse circuit.
- DC-DC converter IG1 relay 1 check
-1. Remove DC-DC converter IG1 relay 1, and test it. Power Relay (2016 2017 2018)
Is the relay OK?
YES
The relay is OK. Go to step 7.
NO
Replace DC-DC converter IG1 relay 1.
- Gauge control module operation check
-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 2. Check if all of the gauge indicators come on for a few seconds.
Do all the gauge indicators on?
YES
Go to step 8.
NO
Go to the gauge control module self-diagnostic function - Go to: Gauges Control Module Self-Diagnostic Function (2016 2017 2018) .
- Open wire check (IG1 ACM (DC/DC) line) 1
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Disconnect the following connector.
Millimeter wave radar 10P connector - 3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 4. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle ON mode Millimeter wave radar 10P connector: disconnected Test point 1 Millimeter wave radar 10P connector terminal No. 5 Test point 2 Body ground Is there battery voltage?
YES
The IG1 ACM (DC/DC) wire is OK. Go to step 13.
NO
Go to step 9.
- Open wire check (IG1 ACM (DC/DC) line) 2
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Remove DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2.
- 3. Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle OFF (LOCK) mode Millimeter wave radar 10P connector: disconnected DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2: disconnected Test point 1 Millimeter wave radar 10P connector terminal No. 5 Test point 2 DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2 4P socket No. 2 Is there continuity?
YES
Go to step 10.
NO
Repair an open in the wire between the auxiliary under-dash fuse/relay box and the millimeter wave radar.
- Open wire check (+B OUT2 line)
-1. Reconnect the following connector.
Millimeter wave radar 10P connector - 2. Disconnect the following connector.
DC-DC converter connector B (5P) - 3. Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle OFF (LOCK) mode DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2: disconnected DC-DC converter connector B (5P): disconnected Test point 1 DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2 4P socket No. 1 Test point 2 DC-DC converter connector B (5P) No. 5 Is there continuity?
YES
The +B OUT2 wire is OK. Go to step 11.
NO
Repair an open in the wire between the auxiliary under-dash fuse/relay box and the DC-DC converter.
- Open wire check (IG1 ACG line)
-1. Reconnect the following connector.
DC-DC converter connector B (5P) - 2. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 3. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle ON mode DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2: disconnected Test point 1 DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2 4P socket No. 3 Test point 2 Body ground Is there battery voltage?
YES
The IG1 ACG wire is OK. Go to step 12.
NO
Repair an open in the wire between DC-DC converter IG1 relay 1 and the No. C7 (15 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box.
- Open wire check (GND line)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.
Test condition Vehicle OFF (LOCK) mode DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2: disconnected Test point 1 DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2 4P socket No. 4 Test point 2 Body ground Is there continuity?
YES
Replace the DC-DC Converter - Removal and Installation .
NO
Repair an open in the wire between DC-DC converter IG1 relay 2 and body ground at G301.
- Open wire check (IG1 METER (DC/DC) line) 2
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Reconnect the following connector.
Millimeter wave radar 10P connector - 3. Disconnect the following connector.
Multipurpose camera unit 20P connector - 4. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 5. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.

Repair an open in the wire between the auxiliary under-dash fuse/relay box and the multipurpose camera unit.
- Open wire check (+B BACK UP line)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Disconnect the following connector.
Multipurpose camera unit 20P connector - 3. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.
- 4. Measure the voltage between test points 1 and 2.

Repair an open in the wire between the under-dash fuse/relay box and the multipurpose camera unit.
- Open wire check (GND line)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Check for continuity between the following test points and body ground individually.

Repair an open in the wire between the multipurpose camera unit and body ground at G501.
- Open wire check (F-CAN A_L, F-CAN A_H lines)
-1. Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode.
- 2. Disconnect the following connectors.
Multipurpose camera unit 20P connector Gauge control module 32P connector - 3. Check for continuity between test points 1 and 2.

Repair an open in the wire between the gauge control module and the multipurpose camera unit.
