Final Drive Shaft Bearing Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required 

  1. Remove the final drive shaft bearing (A) using the 25-40 mm adjustable bearing puller and a commercially available 3/8"-16 UNF slide hammer (B).

  2. Check the final drive shaft bearing for wear or damage, and replace it if necessary.
  3. Install the final drive shaft bearing (A) into the transmission housing using the 15 x 135L driver handle and the 72 x 75 mm bearing driver attachment.
